Gary has a career that stretches across continents as well as sectors, from environmental services in Africa to work in the Middle East and South America working with multinational and inter-governmental organisations such as UN FAO, World Bank and WWF. his interest in the environment began as a graduate trainee at an international insurance company. Each graduate was asked to choose the issues that they thought would affect the sector in the future. It was 1990 and Gary had the foresight to choose global warming.

A specialist in persuasion, Martin works with clients in all areas of brand building and tactical marketing – his experience in brand communications strategy support will help clients devise a considered timeline of activity to maximise their brands messaging around the organisations’ sustainability ambition, enhancing the brands tone of voice, vision, values and profile around the sustainability strategy. Martin will oversee the creative partnership with ambitious clients both strategically and in execution – winning hearts and minds to deliver lasting sustainable results.
Karan is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in sports, media, and international trade, driven by a passion for business opportunities. As a Senior Trade Advisor at the UK Government's Department for International Trade, he facilitated collaborations between sports businesses in the UK and India. In 2017, he co-founded 'The Coach Crew,' a Mumbai-based platform for sports coaches, exiting in late 2020. In 2022, Karan launched and hosted 'The Business of Sports by The Economic Times,' a podcast exploring the sports business landscape. He has also been instrumental in launching and expanding 'Carbon Happy World,' contributing to its growth since its inception.
