Gary has a career that stretches across continents as well as sectors, from environmental services in Africa to work in the MIddle East and South America working with multinational and inter-governmental organisations such as UN FAO, World Bank and WWF. his interest in the environment began as a graduate trainee at an international insurance company. Each graduate was asked to choose the issues that they thought would affect the sector in the future. It was 1990 and Gary had the foresight to choose global warming.

Russell has been driven to work professionally at the highest levels of sport and is currently Director of several companies that are delivering innovation in high performance training and learning and in Sports, Culinary Arts and now Sustainability. As impact of climate change becomes reality the team have developed an integrated training programme and consultancy service carbon happy world that adds learning around Sustainability as being core to the lifestyles of future generations. The initiative provides clients with a solution to accurately measure emission levels, monitor, and save on energy levels and embed training across workforces and communities to change behaviours and help to significantly reduce our carbonfootprint.

Xioali's current projects include a prototype International Chinese Xiaoli developed the innovative Sustainability Leadership Skills Development courses and is responsible for the operations at carbon happy world. Originally from Beijing China, Xiaoli came to the UK in 2003 to study after working at one of the world’s leading organizational consulting firms, where she managed a range of projects in the areas of Assessment, Talent Acquisition, Leadership & Professional Development for Fortune 500 multinational companies, private companies, and State-owned enterprises in the Greater China Region. She has worked in the UK’s education sector since 2009 including International Department Management posts at two further education colleges. She received her English for Education Purpose training at the Capital Normal University in Beijing. She holds a MSc in Human Resources Development with distinction and PhD in Development Policy and Management from the University of Manchester, where she received a Dorothy Hodgkin Postgraduate Award (DHPA).
