Information we receive

When you visit, our hosting provider receives technical request information such as your IP address, requested page and browser information. Netlify Web Analytics uses server-side delivery data to produce site-usage statistics; it does not add an analytics cookie or tracking script to this site.

To offer a suitable language, the website uses your browser's language preference and, if needed, an approximate country supplied by our hosting provider from your request. A language you choose yourself is stored in a functional cookie for one year. We do not request your device's precise location for this purpose.

If you send an enquiry or request a trial, we receive the details you enter. These include your name and email address, and for trial requests your company name. If you begin a paid subscription, Stripe collects the payment, company, billing and tax details you provide on its hosted checkout page. We do not collect card numbers on this website.

Why we use it

We use enquiry and trial details to respond to requests, assess and arrange requested access, and keep a record of those conversations. We use technical information to deliver and protect the website and understand aggregate usage. Subscription and billing information is used to arrange the service and meet accounting and tax obligations.

The intended lawful bases are our legitimate interests in operating a secure business website and responding to business enquiries, steps requested before entering a contract or performance of a contract for requested services, and legal obligations for relevant financial records. These bases, including any applicable legitimate-interests assessment, must be confirmed as part of our legal review.

An enquiry or trial request does not subscribe you to marketing emails. We would seek a separate, optional choice before using your details for email marketing where required.

Who handles the information

Netlify hosts the website and supplies server-side Web Analytics. Formspree receives website enquiry and free-trial form submissions. Our business email provider handles messages we send and receive. Stripe handles hosted subscription checkout and billing. Cal.com provides optional online booking; when you choose to open a calendar or book a call, it receives information about that interaction and the details you enter.

These providers may process information in different countries. We review their contractual terms and applicable transfer safeguards before relying on them. Contact us if you need details of a particular transfer.

How long we keep it

We aim to delete enquiry and unsuccessful trial-request details 12 months after the last meaningful contact, unless they become part of a customer relationship or we need them for a legal matter. This same schedule must be applied to the form service and business mailbox. Customer, invoice and payment records are kept for the periods required by the applicable contract, tax or accounting rules; the precise schedule is being confirmed as part of our legal review.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the law and circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or erase your personal information, restrict or object to its use, or receive a copy in a portable format. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent. Contact us using the details above and we will consider your request under the applicable UK or EU data-protection rules.

If you are unhappy with our response, you may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office or, where EU data-protection law applies, the relevant EU supervisory authority. You can also contact us first so we can investigate.

Changes to this notice

We will update this page when our services, providers or handling of personal information changes. Material changes will be reviewed before they are published.
